I am using a Windows laptop and I cannot connect.  What should I do next?

 I am running Windows 7.  When I attempt to connect to the LLCC wireless network I see a warning message that says "The connection attempt could not be completed" and then asks if I want to "Terminate" or "Connect".  

What should I do?

I am using an Android smartphone and I do not have PEAP available as an EAP method.  What should I do?
