You may attempt to connect any smart device to the LLCC network that has wireless capabilities. This can range from Apple, Android, Chromebook and/or Windows devices.
LLCC-Student – offers a Secure connection and access to Office 365 and other apps, requires you to log in with your LLCC Username and Password.
LLCC-Employee – Employees only will use this network, offers a Secure access to Office 365 and other apps, requires you to log in with your LLCC Username and Password.
Depending upon the smart device, Apple, Windows, Android or Chromebook platform will determine how you log into the LLCC-Student or LLCC-Employee WiFi. The steps below are for general use and may vary depending upon your device and Operating System version.
If this will not connect, check the wi-fi signal strength. You may need to move locations until a stronger signal can be established. When ready, try to connect again. You may need to try your credentials as: llcc\email address (llcc\email@example.com) and password or just your email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) and password.
Please verify that your Username and Password are functional by logging into either a computer on campus or accessing one of the LLCC online applications (WebAdvisor, Email or Blackboard). If you are not able to log into these apps, your password will need to be reset in WebAdvisor.
If your account is functioning, make sure that your personal smart device has the latest updates installed. We do recommend that you power off the device and then power back on if it has not been shut down recently. You may bring your personal device to the IT Helpdesk, located in Sangamon Hall, Room 1132 during our walk-in hours (please check the IT Services Home page for current hours of operation) for assistance once these steps have been completed.
You must click on Accept on the Internet window showing Welcome to Lincoln Land Community College.
The Guest-LLCC has limited Internet functionality. If you need to access Office 365 or another app that is denied, please connect to the LLCC-Student network. If you do not have an active LLCC account, you may need to use your Data Plan and not the Guest-LLCC WiFi.
